Founded by ex-executive chef Kelvin Chai from Mercato, Caminetto (“fireplace”) is a modern Italian bistro with a local twist, dedicated to providing fine food in a comfy and homey environment. The restaurant is stylish and spacious with an open kitchen as well as outdoor seating. Lots of their dishes are inspired by childhood memories of the chef and his mom. Some highlights include wood-fired pizzas, tiramisu made with bai jiu, pan-roasted chicken with fermented chili, etc. In addition, they have a nicely curated selection of wine throughout Italy.
